Detention (10-15-05)

Drusilla waits in the room for this week's students with detention. Eyeless porcelain dolls in various states of disrepair are scattered throughout the room. On the cracked blackboard is written the names of the students with detention this weekend. A slide projector sits in the room and off to the side a screen has been set up.

Drusilla paces at the front of the classroom, waiting for everyone to arrive.

ETA: OOC: Dru isn't letting anyone out until everyone who isn't skipping out on detention says what they've done wrong. This means, Jayne and Buffy, that you guys should at least reply once. Come on, everyone else is playing along. Your characters are stuck here; let's try and make it fun for the players, at least.

Also ETA: OOC: If Buffy hasn't responded by midnight, Dru lets everyone go. Presume your entire Saturday is completely shot.

OOC: I'm willing to roleplay my way through detention if you are... However, it has to be slowly, as RL leaves me with an infant to deal with all day.

Angelus found a seat for himself up on the observational level. He didn't comment, but watched the proceedings with a keen interest. It was difficult to say who, however, caught his attention the most.

Some time later Belthazor wandered into the observation deck. He grabbed a bag of popcorn at the door, and, sitting down by Angelus, offered him some.

"Going to be fascinated to see if Buffy manages to squirm out of punishment from Dru," Angelus took some popcorn in no way rummaging around to see if Bel had put anything else in there and tossed a couple of kernals into his mouth.

"Any idea what Dru's got planned for them?" Belthazor asked. "And can they see us down there?"

"Didn't talk to her," Angelus settled down comfortably next to Bel. "And honestly don't know. I was unconscious for my whole time."

Logan glanced up and noticed Angelus watching.

Belthazor frowned as a curtain came down, blocking their view of the detention room. "So much for the day's entertainment."

Angelus had time enough to give Logan a quick nod of hello before a curtain came slamming down, blocking the view of the observational deck.

"Well," Angelus said, as though this was a continuation of Bel's earlier question, "guess now we know if Buffy gets it easier. Again."

[ooc to Bel's player: Let's move the boys to Bel's room or just elsewhere if we want them to keep chatting.]

"And they claim there's no favoritism," Belthazor scoffed. "So what do we do now?"

Were he listening, Angelus might have heard Drusilla's frustrated exclamation when the curtain went down.

Tossing the popcorn bag to the floor, Belthazor got up and followed after Angelus. "I'm sure we can find some trouble to get into some closet to shag in something to do."

Refreshments and popcorn are free for anyone who wants them, but anyone who wishes to taunt those in detention with various foes and troubles will have to pay up with something vital to their person.

So sounds to me like no mocking is the rule. Can't Angelus and Bel stay up there and simply observe and talk amongst themselves? He wasn't planning on any interaction.]
