Since the area with all the informational signs was bound to get a bit clogged up, even more tables and chairs had been set up on the lawn, in a slightly different spot.

She nodded, leaning against one of the trees. "I was pissed about being banished to a summer camp, and scared and lonely. I came around the bend and there was this sight of this really hot guy sans his shirt." She grinned. "I thought the summer might be so bad after all."

Chuckling, he braced a hand against the trunk of the tree, and leaned near. "And here it is, two years later where you're still admiring my hot bod."

"Sweet, because you have no choice now; you're stuck with me," he replied, grinning as he pressed a kiss to her lips.

"Have you met any cool kids?"

"I have no problems with being stuck with you," she grinned, kissing him back. "Oh, yeah. I met my little sib, Jack. He seems pretty cool. I also ran into someone who I thought was my friend Claire."

"You got a little bro, uh? I should probably meet him," he said, taking a quick glance around before he looked back at her. "Claire wasn't your Claire?"

She nodded at him. "Jack seems to be a sweetie and I was giving him some warnings about about this place." She dropped her voice. "No, but she is another universe's version of Claire. She's kind of in hiding from some people who are looking for her and I told her that if anything happened, I'd be at her back."

"Well, I do need a project to keep busy with and you did say you wanted to make sure I was involved with things before you left."

So not what he meant and she knew it.

She looked at him. "It's Claire, Johnny. She may not be my Claire, but she is a Claire and... if people are after her, I can't not offer her my help if something comes up."

Now Johnny smirked. "Your loss," he teased. "I'm totally hot." With a normal body temp of over two hundred degrees, he seriously was.

A pause.
