Since the area with all the informational signs was bound to get a bit clogged up, even more tables and chairs had been set up on the lawn, in a slightly different spot.

Savannah let go of her at that and frowned. The she started blushing.

"Oh. I'm so sorry. You look like my friend Claire Bennet. She was a good friend and ended up leaving about halfway through the year."

Savannah did look disappointed.

"Sorry. I mean, I'm Claire, but, not that Claire. This is my first day in Fandom."

Savannah was so embarrassed. "I'm so sorry. You just could be her twin."

"Yeah, um... okay, I'm from a... different universe," Claire said. "But, I'm registered here under the name Butler. Because of some people who might be looking for me."

Savannah immediately sobered. "I'm Savannah Levine," she said, extending her hand. "Having been in that situation before where people are looking for me, it sucks."

"Nice to meet you, Savannah," Claire said, shaking her hand. "If you were close to the other Claire, you probably know why they're looking for me."

Savannah nodded. "Yeah. Well, you've got at least one person here who will be at your back if anything happens. This witch doesn't like people messing with her friends -- or potential friends."

Savannah nodded slowly. "My whole life. I... I don't hurt people unless I have no choice because they're hurting others."

"Sounds like you're a good person to have my back then," Claire said. "Do you know Peter Petrelli? He's my uncle."

Savannah nodded. "Peter is good people," she said. "He's been there when there's been people hurt or just in need of a friend."

Like, oh when Chris was hurt... or when she was four ...

"Peter is definitely good people," Claire agreed. There might be a little bit of hero worship going on there.

She smiled and nodded. "Peter and Sam are awesome. I consider Sam one of my good friends."

"I met Sam briefly," Claire said. "He seemed very nice."

She grinned. "He is. He's on the squad with me and he's been my fellow TA for the last year."

"You're a cheerleader? And Sam's a cheerleader?"

Somehow he didn't seem the cheerleady type.

She nodded. "I'm captain and Sam is definitely on the squad. He's been a great asset to the team."

Claire smiled. "I guess that makes sense. He probably makes a great base or spotter."

"Yeah. I'm a flyer and he is a great base and spotter. It's nice to know that there's someone watching out for us when we're doing routines."

"We do. However, we've lost several members due to graduation." She grinned at Claire and bounced a little. "You should try out."

"I wish I could," she said. "But my dad banned it."

Savannah gave her a look. "He... banned cheerleading? What on earth for?"
