Library [04/01]

Sam woke up late enough that he decided to not bother getting coffee, and went straight to the library instead. It wasn't that big of a deal, all things considered, but he was still annoyed that he wouldn't be able to get out to the town until later.

Peter came in and looked around.

Sam heard something that sounded like the door opening, and from behind one of the shelves he called, "Hello?"

"It's me," Peter called back.

"Hey," Sam said, coming out with a small handful of books. "How's it going?"

"Not bad," Peter said. "You? Need a hand with those?"

"Nah, I'm just going to put them here," Sam said, setting the books down at the end of the desk. "If you're thinking about pranking me, you should know that Dean already did it so I know what day it is."

"Do I look like someone who would do that?" Peter asked.

"Possibly, if you came up with something really, really good," Sam said.

"I got nothing," Peter admitted. "How about we go with the usual kiss and nice to see you?"

"I like that plan," Sam said, starting with the kiss part.

Peter agreed, as his return kiss indicated.

Sam put his hands on Peter's hips as he kissed him again. "I'm glad you're here. It's nice to see you."

"Ditto," Peter said. He wrapped his arms around Sam. "It'd be nice to have dinner with you later, as long as we're on the topic of nice things."

"I agree, that would be very nice," Sam said. "Do you have any type of food in particular in mind?"

"I'm flexible," Peter said. "Anything you're in teh mood for?"

"Maybe some kind of takeout? Or, at least, something we can bring back to my room?" Sam suggested.

"I like where your thoughts are going," Peter said. "Chinese?"

"Yeah, then we can get fortune cookies." Sometimes, Sam was very easy to please.

"Think those will have April Fool's in them?" Peter asked.

"They'd better not," Sam said. "Dean tried to tell me he and Chuck were moving in together."

"Oh man," Peter said. "I'm amazed you have an apetite."

"Well, someone else came by and made me feel better," Sam said with a grin.

"Who?" Peter asked, getting closer to Sam. He grinned. "That's my job, so if somebody else was doing it I'll kick their ass."

Sam laughed. "I meant you. You always make me feel better."

"What are boyfriends for?" Peter replied.
