Weapons 101; Thursday, Third Period [07/29].

"Good morning, class!" Amaya greeted, far too chipper for probably most people that morning because someone actually slept so deep and snored so loudly that all she'd hear about the fire drill was through grumbles and radio. "Welcome back! I hope you're feeling limber and ready to work those arms, because today, we're talking about axes!"

What kind of woman doesn't have an axe? )

With that, Amaya concluded her sleep-inducing ramble lecture and turned a faint grin to the students. "Are there any questions? If not, I'll turn it on over to Detective Diaz."

Bardic Inspiration - 5th Period - Thursday

Class today was, well, class was lower energy than usual for Jaskier at the very least. Because someone had their beauty sleep interrupted.

"We had a whole class planned," he complained around a large yawn.

Cara looked surprisingly chipper. Because Jaskier's suffering gave her life. "But we had to change it...sadly."

Well that was just rude.

"So, it's a movie day," Jaskier said, trying to get the DVD out if the case a couple times before making a pitiful face and holding it out for Cara. He was tiiiiiiired.

By now, Cara was an old hand at opening DVD cases and she pushed the disc into the player.

Which let Jaskier go settle in with a pillow. "Enjoy the songs of ABBA," he mumbled mostly into that pillow.

Try Not to Die, Thursday, July 29, 2021

"Today we're going somewhere with coffee," Anakin said. "Strong, strong coffee."

"Enjoy Ethiopia!" Ben said, wiping at his eyes tiredly. "Into the portal with you."

How to Ride a Bike | Thursday, Period 2

"Morning," Annie murmured in greeting to the class, clearly stifling a yawn even as she sipped at a massive coffee from the Perk. "I know this is crazy, but we're having a movie day, guys."

For bike-riding class. Yes.

"This movie is about a guy who rides a bike for work, and gets in over his head," she explained. "Maybe by the time we're done with this class, you'll all be prepared to be bike couriers, too!"

Probably not.

English Poetry, Thursday period 1

Bob stood at the front of the Danger Shop today, glowering at the console. When the students entered, he drew himself up, looking dignified.

"This system today has decided not to respond to me." He swiped a hand through it, and it sat there doing nothing. "I'm not about to scrawl two thousand lines of poetry in the air, so I suppose we're left with what it will give me."

He glowered at it further, and obligingly a blackboard appeared with a poem on it )
