As much as he'd enjoyed being on spring break, Sam was glad to be back in the library, and didn't have any trouble getting settled back in after a week away.

"It doesn't need green bits," Sam said, trading the container for some cookies. "It's just a bonus if there are some."

"You would have been eating them all yourself," Sam said, making a face.

"Except that they would taste horrible and you'd have to eat them all, and that would totally suck," Sam replied.

"Dude, bacon," Dean said.

"Bacon goes with eggs, it goes on burgers and sandwiches and maybe even in little bits form in salads, but not cookies. Would you eat a pie that had bacon in it?"

Sam rolled his eyes. "Okay, bad example. I forgot, you'd eat a pie that was poisoned if you thought you'd survive."

Dean looked aghast. "Poisoning a pie would be totally demonic!"

"Don't say that too loudly, or demons might hear you and get ideas," Sam said, desperately trying to keep a straight face.

Sam couldn't keep from laughing anymore. "The pies should feel better knowing you're going to protect them."

"You should talk to Ned. I think he'd hook you up with pies whenever you wanted them if he knew how much you love them."

"He's a nice guy who loves to bake. You'd be helping him as much as he'd help you," Sam pointed out.
