As much as he'd enjoyed being on spring break, Sam was glad to be back in the library, and didn't have any trouble getting settled back in after a week away.

"Yeah, after hanging around you for all this time, that's totally going to happen," Sam said sarcastically.

"You never know," Peter said. "This might be just what's needed to send you over the edge."

Sam grinned at Peter. "Or it could make me want to be with you even more because I'll realize how I never get sick of you."

"You could go on about it though," Peter told him, teasing back. "I won't mind."

"Really? So I can tell you about how sometimes I think about how ridiculously handsome you are and wonder how I ended up with you when nothing else seems to go right for me?" Sam asked.

"You can," Peter said, after pretending to give it some thought. "But if you do you're going to end up getting kissed."

"I really wonder sometimes how I managed to get you," Sam said, leaning over the desk to get closer to Peter.

"Now you've done it," Peter teased, then leaned over the counter to give Sam a kiss.

Sam gave Peter a soft kiss in return. "Clearly, I shouldn't say things like that a lot."

"Causes nothing but trouble," Peter agreed, still kissing.

"Troublesome kissing," Sam said, not exactly stopping either.

"Such a bad idea," Sam said quietly, leaning over the counter more. "So unsafe."

"So never again," Peter said, still with the kissing. "Except maybe when I come over to your room tonight?"

"It would be a very good idea then," Sam said in between kisses. "And you'll stay? So I can wake up with you tomorrow?"

Sam laughed. "Somehow, I don't think that's going to happen."
