Childhood Games, Class #7, Thursday period 1

There was a Lily here today when the kids got to the classroom. Yes, classroom, no Danger Shop today. And this Lily was a tense little thing. Because while she may have looked like a cute innocent everyday teacher girl, she was in actuality kind of a sex fiend and this week was going to kill her.

"Today we're learning about language. Kids grow up, they start hearing you talk, they start imitating what you say which is why you shouldn't curse in front of them unless you want them to grow up to be sailors, and it's harder to learn languages when you get older which is why it's easier to grow your kids bilingual. There. You're done learning. For the rest of the class, talk to your friends."

And as she sat back at her desk, she added, "And shut up!"

Figure that one out.

K-Mart made a lip-zipping motion. "I'm saying nothing to her about it."

"You going on this cruise thing next week?" she asked. Speaking of midterms, the fact it was Spring Break came to mind.

"Yep," K-Mart said with a nod. "No clue who I'm rooming with, but hey. Figured it'd be a good way to meet more people."

"Wow." Angela, daughter of a rockstar and all, was pretty used to travelling all over the place, and the idea someone hadn't, was a little unusual to her. "So this will be extra exciting for you, I guess."

"Even more exciting than life in this place usually is," K-Mart agreed. "All part and parcel of, y'know, coming from a post-apocalyptic zombie nightmare."

K-Mart really needed to start keeping track of who she'd told and who she hadn't.
