Heroing 101 [Wednesday, period 2, class #4]

There was no Hammer today. Instead, a blonde woman in very little clothing with a whole lot of cleavage stood at the front of the classroom. Some may see similarities in the face to another blonde who seemed to be missing from class, but only if they were looking at her face. "Hello, friends. My name is She-Ra. Your teacher was unavailable today and asked me to speak with you in his stead about a topic very dear to my heart." Which she touched because it was the literal thing to do as she walked the floor before them.

"Diplomacy. The art of dealing with your nemesis when he is at his weakest. You've fought and won the battle but tell me, what now? Do you destroy your enemy when he has no ability to defend himself? Do you allow him to live out his life in jail, which he is likely to break out of given past attempts at incarceration? Or do you set him free, allowing your compassion and hope for a brighter future to set an example to him?" She paused allowing the students to consider the options she'd provided. "Is there another alternative? Let's discuss what you would do, as super heroes fighting super villains."

Hannibal noticed a lot of things during the lecture.

The first thing was that She-Ra looked like he had when he'd been a girl. The second thing was that she was really hot. The third thing was that her being hot meant he'd been really hot when he was a girl. The fourth thing was damn, she was hot. And wearing hardly anything. He'd just check her out during her lecture and wing the answers to her questions.

He would make a very bad superhero, if this was all it took to distract him.

Dor was looking everywhere but directly at She-Ra. Granted if she were completely naked it was one thing but a shortage of clothes made things... difficult to look at.

Sokka snorted at the weak-willed guys in the room who were so obviously drooling over the substitute teacher. He wasn't that easily distracted, and he was only looking her up and down because of her awful fashion sense. Really. Honestly. Then he wiped the drool off his desk.

Anemone boggled slightly, wondering how many times this girl had hit her head, that the idea of just 'letting someone go' seemed like a viable option.

Warren was initially distracted by the legs and the cleavage.

That whole part about setting the villain free or locking him up kind of struck a personal chord, however, and so the rest of the lecture was spent with a glare directed at the top of his desk.

Poor Lion-o sat there, staring. Occasionally he would move his lips, as though he was trying to say something, but there was no sound coming from his mouth.

Momoko stared at the substitute's costume, and a quick glance at the boys in the room had her sighing. But the point of the lecture soon hit home and distracted her a bit; she'd long stopped counting how many times Mojo and the others were sent off to prison one day and then back on the streets the next.

Okay, maybe he'd be doing the same if the genders were switched.

...and now he was picturing Captain Hammer wearing She-Ra's outfit and that was just disturbing.

"Jail," Hannibal answered. "Unless there's a viable threat to you and your people where you have to kill him but, if not, jail. If you let him go without any sort of punishment, he'll just think he can get away with it because the hero's compassionate."
