Sex Ed Classroom, Saturday, All Day

Edward had the posters from this week's class set up. Also on display were the empathy bellies and the anatomy models from previous classes.

[Open! Talk to Edward or just give your friends and family the sex ed tour.]

"Oh!" Tessie blinked a little, head tilting as she got a better look at him. "But you look so young!"

The sigh managed to hold Tessie back from asking, jokingly, what his secret was, but it couldn't vanquish her small smile. "I take it you get that a lot," she guessed.

"I am," Tessie nodded. "I'm Cal Stephanides' mother?" She asked it in a question not because she doubted her maternity, but out of the hopes that just mentioning the name might bring some reactions to save her asking the question later.

That response certainly surprised Tessie quite a bit, but she tried to retain her slight chuckle. "Oh, dear. That isn't good."

"True enough," Tessie admitted, with the faintest blush touching her cheeks over brief thoughts of her own teenaged indiscretions. After all, the poor woman couldn't look at a clarinet the same way ever again. "Other than that, though, he doesn't seem too much of a distraction or problem in class?"

Tessie nodded a little. All things considered, Cal had better be a good student in a subject like this, that was for sure. She gave the teacher a light smile. "Well, thank you. That's good to hear. Cal's never really been a very spectacular student, but he's never been bad, either."
