Which was fine by her. The only male Human-Form she'd ever heard of was Gonzy, and, well, EW.

She settled in behind the desk with her copy of Grimm's Tales or the meta to find more stories about people transforming into new and different shapes. Just because she could.

Kevin scratched the back of his head. Was it getting hot in here?

He took off his tank top. "But what makes the gravity, like, happen?" he asked.

Rodney sputtered. "What are you doing? You know you're inside and in public, right?"

Kevin froze and looked around. "Are we not supposed to talk about what makes gravity when we're inside?" he asked, obviously confused.

"I meant the stripping," Rodney said shortly. "That's not exactly normal library behavior."

Kevin hadn't spent much time in the library, so he just shrugged and flexed his pecs. "It's cool, dude. I've never been much of a conformist."

He looked the paper with all the formulas. "So, what you're saying is, everything is attracted to everything? Well, everything with mass?"

"Think you could put the shirt back on?" Rodney didn't have much hope of this happening.

"Basically," he nodded. "And you can determine the strength of the gravitational force by the amount of mass in two objects and their distance from each other." He pointed out one of the formulas.

Kevin was finding it much easier to think with his shirt off, so he ignored the request. Such denial.

"So the bigger the objects, the more attracted they are to one another?"

Rodney rolled his eyes in defeat over the shirt issue.

"Yeah, so you can find the gravitational force by dividing the product of the masses by the square of the distance and multiplying it by the gravitational constant," he grinned. Finally, he was getting somewhere.

Kevin shut down. "I, ah, you mean..." One hand reached up and absently brushed his nipple.

"What?"

Rodney couldn't help but watch the path of Kevin's hand for a moment. He quickly shook his head and grabbed the paper with the formula to make his point. "You just have to plug the variables into the equation. See?" He pointed out each item as he went. "F is the force. G is the gravitational constant, but that's a given value so don't worry about figuring it out. The masses are m1 and m2. And, lastly, distance is r."

"..." Kevin blinked at the equation. "Um... oh... yeah, I see." He nodded his head. "It makes perfect sense," he lied.

"Great! So, um, is that good enough for today?"

Rodney narrowed his eyes. "Do you feel any better about this than you did when you walked in here?"

"Yep. Sure do." He nodded some more. He had no clue, really.

"Good," Rodney nodded. "We'll move onto thermodynamics next time. Meanwhile, I suggest you try taking notes in class. You know, whenever Sam writes something on the board, you copy it down along with whatever she says about it. Reading the handouts might also be helpful," he added.
