Library [09/11]

When Sam arrived at the library, it was still fairly early, and he'd only managed to get a little caffeine into his blood stream. He started checking in the returned books first, and was surprised to find a children's book in among the rest. He set it aside, intending to flip through it before putting it back where it belonged, and he'd barely had time to yawn and move onto the next book when he heard mewing, and glanced over to find one--no, two gray kittens, a red kitten, and a blue kitten perched on the desk looking at him.

That was when he finally remembered there was supposedly something funky going on with the books. Oops.

After getting petted the detective kitty began to inspect Sam's shoes while the architect kitty began searching for fossils near the main desk.

"I'm just going to have to be careful what I start checking out of the library," Indy said shaking his head as he watched the kittens in action.

Sam held himself still so the detective kitty could do his inspection, and snickered. "Yeah, I'm staying away from the books now until this blows over. There's some scary possibilities."

Indiana thought about that for a second and nodded. "Good point. No H.P. Lovecraft or anything of that genre shouldn't be checked out without due warning. Anything on the occult too."

"That makes sense," Sam said, nodding as well. "I'll keep an eye on what people are checking out."
