And over here was another section of tables and chairs, still close to the food so no one accidentally starved while trying to avoid the masses.

"Who told you?"

"Guy with more vampire experience than I have," Peter said. "Normally it would've been a witch but she was in a coma. I had her power so I did it."

So there were vampire hunters here. Tony wasn't opposed to the killing of evil vampires, but he was aware that some people didn't make the distinction between those and ones like Henry.

Well, he was used to keeping Henry's secret. No reason to change that now.

"You had her power?" Tony asked. "How did that work?"

"Here's my baseline of weird," Peter told him. "My power is copying other people's powers. Not everyone's, but so far I've collected a number of them."

"Other people here have powers?"

"Yep," Peter said. "There's also people from the future, the past, and a few folks who aren't people. Uh - besides the unicorn."

Tony nodded slowly, taking this in. "I'm a wizard," he said. "Sort of."

"Sort of?" Peter asked.

"I just started learning," he explained.

"I'm still figuring out my powers too," Peter said. "So you're not alone there."

"Good to know," Tony smiled.

"So what do you do besides wizarding?" Peter asked.

"I worked on a TV show this summer," Tony said.

"Cool," Peter said. "Anyone I know?"

"It's this new show, Darkest Night," Tony said. "It's got Mason Reed, you know, from the cop show StreetCred, and Lee Nicholas, who's done some movies you probably haven't seen."

"I can guarantee it because none of that sounded familiar to me," Peter admitted. "I'm open to learning though. Got any DVDs?"

"I brought a couple of Lee Nicholas movies with me," Tony said. "And the show premieres in a couple of weeks, if you're into vampire detectives."

"Never tried 'em before but I'm open to new things," Peter said. "You a fan of comic books? I've got a good Ninth Wonders collection."

"Haven't heard of that series. What's it about?" Tony asked.

"Superheroes," Peter said. "I can loan you some copies if you're interested."

"That'd be great," Tony said. "And you're welcome to borrow my DVDs." He thought of something. "Are there places we can watch stuff? I don't have a TV or anything."

"There are common rooms on each floor of the dorms," Peter said. "They've got everything you need for watching TV or DVDs. You can do cooking in them too, if you're interested."

"Awesome," Tony said. "Though I can't cook. Other than defrosting, I mean."

"Ching Tai has good Chinese," Peter said. "And Pizza Planet is tolerable enough. There's also the school cafeteria."

"Oh, good," Tony said. "I mean, I have beef jerky and spray cheese, but it's good to have options."
