"Ching Tai has good Chinese," Peter said. "And Pizza Planet is tolerable enough. There's also the school cafeteria."

"Oh, good," Tony said. "I mean, I have beef jerky and spray cheese, but it's good to have options."

"Plenty of options," Peter told him. "Heck, roam the halls long enough and you're bound to find somebody cooking. 'course it's as likely to be cookies as it is dinner, but usually anyone cooking in a common room is open to sharing."

"I wouldn't complain about cookies," Tony said. "Do you cook?"

Peter shrugged. "Only the basics. Pasta, eggs, that kind of thing."

"I'm pretty good at ordering takeout," Tony smiled.

"I'm good there too," Peter said. "I'm from New York so - " Peter shrugged, letting that fill in the rest. Particularly since he never saw a need to get into the part where at home if it wasn't takeout it was because the Petrelli cook had made something.

Tony nodded. "I'm a city guy, too. Originally from Toronto, but I've been in Vancouver the last year and a half."

"Oh yeah?" Peter asked. "I haven't been to Canada yet. Do you like it up there?"

"Sure," Tony said. "Though this is my first trip out of the country, so I don't have a lot to compare it to."

"How familiar are you with the idea of alternative dimensions?" Peter asked.

"I know there's dimensions other than ours," Tony said.

"People who come to Fandom tend to be from different ones," Peter explained. "So some come from places that have aliens, some don't. Some know about magic, other's don't. You get the idea."
