Once the class had all arrived, Deadpool narrowed his eyes at all of them.

"Gooood morning kiddos. First day of class, you know the drill." A beat. "Think of it as an audition tape for a reality show. Tell us all your hopes and dreams and nightmares, and why you can't go near the octopus at the aquarium because there's some horrible childhood trauma involving you father, a fifth of scotch and a tentacley fist-fight gone horribly wrong that ends with weird sucker shaped marks for weeks."

Deadpool cleared his throat.

"Not that I expect that to have happened. But man would that be fun..."

He pointed and snapped at the group of them. "Tell us all about you and why you're a fabulous model based on your life experiences and horrible trauma/disease that makes you plucky and full of vigor to do this anyway."

The teacher was a little disorienting. His words and movements seemed to carry him across the entire room and it was already giving Ender a slight headache. He supposed that this class's inclusion on his schedule was a joke, or maybe an attempt to rattle him. Fine.

"I'm Ender Wiggin," he said again, "and I don't know anything about models."

He wasn't telling a lie, and he hopefully wasn't going to jump out either. It was the best he could do.

Hannibal couldn't believe his good luck. It was his buddy from the picnic and he was still wearing his pajamas.

"Hannibal King," he said, smirk firmly in place. "I don't model professionally only because I wouldn't want to show up all those people who worked so very hard to look like they do. Also, I like to eat."

Romeo decided to go for broke with this particular introduction -- something he could only blame on the mesmerizing qualities of Deadpool's mask and the fact modeling was as attractive to him as any other career option at the moment.

"I'm Romeo Montague," he began. "People have always told me I was pleasant to look at, so I suppose that is why I'm here. As for tragic backstory, I won't reveal that until sweeps week."

"I'm Yasutora Sado," Chad said, in the usual rumble. "I'm, uh, going to go into modeling after school. Err, I..." He cleared his throat a little; he was actually blushing a little under all that dark skin and hair. "First print ad started running," he admitted. "So I guess I kind am already modeling."

And, yes, he brought the magazine with him, but he wasn't going to show anyone unless they asked or demanded proof.

Chuck found this class to be stupid and the teacher to be a little weird but he figured he could give it his all.

"I'm Chuck Bass. I suppose I don't have to tell you why I think I'd be good at this whole modeling thing," Chuck said, smirking. Everybody could see how good looking he was. "I prefer to be the badass who doesn't reveal his traumatic past until he's on the verge of being voted off."

Warren raised an eyebrow and shook his head faintly when it was his turn to introduce himself. So far, he really didn't see anything crazy about the teacher at all. So he was in a class about modeling. With a teacher who was pretty much exactly like the ones he'd left behind at his last school. It was almost disappointing, really.

He would learn.

"I'm Warren Peace," he said, giving his shoulders a shrug. "The class is supposed to have a practical application later."

Pause.

"For something."

"Blair Waldorf," Blair said. "My mother is designer Eleanor Waldorf. I aspire to show the world that one can model and go to Yale, in spite of living through the horrible traumas of divorce and dealing with poverty."

What? Poor people kept showing up at her schools. It was very traumatic having to deal with them.

"Aravis," she said simply, still not particularly pleased about being in this class. "I actually left my home to escape a life of this sort of...thing, so I'm not entirely certain why I am here. But I do think, in spite of that, that I might be good at this. My sort of upbringing tends to reflect a certain poise that should prove useful."

Even if she had never been particularly good at that.

It was her first day of classes and Momoko was slightly less hyper, but still excited. Her new High School had a class on modeling, that was being taught by a masked wrestler! She wondered if he knew Kaoru's dad.

"I want to get married to a handsome man someday, but I still want to be a, uhm," she paused for a moment, trying to figure out how to describe her future without mentioning being a superheroine. "...uhm able to help people when I can." Lame, but the best finish she could manage.

"And fighting giant Octi didn't involve scotch or my father, and it really wasn't much of a trauma for me except that Bubbles wasn't too happy about us trying to destroy him, what with him still being her favourite toy. And it really didn't make me want to avoid aquariums at all, especially since they sell the best cotton candy in the city. So I guess that doesn't count? But I like cute clothes and modeling is fun, so I think I'll like this class."

"I'm Alec, and I'm perfect," he said, with a confident smile as he spread his hands in a "well, just look at me" sort of way. Also he had apparently lost his shirt at some point, which he thought was an awesome point all on its own. "Certified and everything. If that doesn't make me model material, then I'll put out until someone gives me a chance."

"Edmund Pevensie," Edmund said, fairly sure that this was a paperwork mistake or Aslan's doing. He didn't want to anger the lion by claiming his doing was a paperwork mistake, so he played along. "I don't know anything about modeling, but I do have good posture."
