"B-But h-he's d-decided t-that I've g-got to come to C-Caritas with h-him for a d-drink so I g-guess it'll be a-alright? T-Though I've n-never had a-anything like t-that before."

Okay, this Bender guy? Johnny was going to have to meet. "Hinata, he just met you and he want to take you to a bar?" And since she's never had a drink? "I think I should tag along."

Rather than being offended or anything, Hinata looked relieved.

"Oh, w-would you?" she asked brightening. "I d-didn't want to o-offend him but it's n-not really my s-sort of... a-activity."

"You bet," he said, glad that she liked the idea. "In fact, when the time comes, why don't I meet you at your room and we'll go together." Johnny didn't like the thought of Hinata giving in to something that she might not enjoy and going with her would ensure that she was treated right. He'd watch out for her. She spurred this protective gene in him and now he was seriously wanting to meet Bender.

"So he's metal, huh? Did you know I can melt metal?"

"I'd l-like that," she admitted. "T-Thank you, Johnny-san. A-And you t-told me a-about your f-fire, but I d-didn't know it c-could get that h-hot."

"You're welcome, Hinata," he replied, smiling at her. She was so cute, so damn shy. "Yeah, sweetheart, I get get pretty damn hot. Supernova. I've done it once, and only when my sister was able too shield me. Otherwise I could have caused tremendous damage, and that would be bad."

Glancing around a moment, he asked her, "Have you been mingling? Meeting anyone new?"

Ah, god she was cute. Johnny wanted to grab her and hug her and keep her away from anyone that would otherwise hurt her, or just stare at her overly long, making her even more nervous.
