"The island's taken up a life of adventuring this summer," Seregil explained. "It's been travelling. We're currently off the coast of a place called Antarctica. Which is generally very cold, I'm told."

"There were some seals lounging around a few days ago," Seregil offered. "And then there were the dancing penguins."

Seregil chuckled. "You should see me when I first come through the portal. I usually spend at least half an hour trying to throw up every meal I've eaten for the last month."

"Depends on how far the portal goes," Seregil said. "I'm usually fine within the hour. Or the day at the most. And that's just me. Most people don't seem to have any trouble at all."
