Inside Out -- Class 7, Period 2 [Tuesday]

Juli did not particularly approve of having food in class, but nonetheless, today there were various moddable snacks of varying degrees of healthiness and she, herself, was nibbling on a carrot stick. And drinking her coffee, of course.

Always with the coffee these days.

“Welcome to your class with me for this term,” she said, once everyone had gathered, “please, help yourself to the food, sit back, and each of you tell me one thing that you’ve learned this term--whether in my classroom or not—that had it’s origins in another world.”

She gestured to a student at random. “Begin.”

[Wait for the OCD is up!]

"It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't good either," said Hoshi. "I had enough to satisfy my hostess, and then I moved onto the cabbage rolls for the rest of the meal."
