Punching People and Not Breaking Your Hand: Fighting 101 - Period 5 - [06/02]

Frowning slightly as he watched all the kids file in for class, Deadpool crossed his arms over his chest.

"So it seems we're not around France anymore. There go my plans to teach Savate and let you kick clowns..."

It was sad, really. Kicking clowns was excellent exercise. Good cardio.

"Instead, now that we seem to be vaguely South Pacific in that adorable Rogers and Hammerstein kinda way, I'll be showing you a few basic moves in Muay Thai. Because elbowing and kneeing people in the chest is so much more fun," He told them all cheerfully.

"There will be four basic moves to learn here. The elbow strike, the knee strike, hanuman and the flying knee." He squinted at them for a moment. "And no, these aren't going to be done on each other. I'd rather not get punched by the principal if I can help it. Sure, she's got that MILF thing working for her now, but it's just bad form to toss you all in a room to have a battle royale..."

Deadpool sighed dreamily.

"...Maybe someday." Shaking his head, Deadpool snapped out of it. "Partner up to help each other with form and try these on the punching bags. They usually don't hit back and now that I've said that we're doomed to being attacked by them for the beret thing."

Sam was ready at one of the punching bags, trying to ignore what Deadpool had said about Zoe.

Alice dropped a curtsy to the boy standing by the punching bag. "Alice Liddell," she said. "I felt it only proper to introduce myself if we're to be punching one another. Except this week we aren't, are we? Still, manners never hurt. Pleased to make your acquaintance. Would you like to go first?"

Sam hadn't encountered manners like that in a very long time, and he couldn't help but smile. "Sam Winchester," he said, making a little bow. "Pleased to meet you as well. I think ladies should go first, if they want to."

"I imagine it's not very ladylike of me to admit that I should like to," Alice smiled, eyes dancing. "But I would, and I thank you. I suppose a true lady wouldn't have taken a class on punching people, but really, what better way to vent one's frustrations?"

Now was a good time to test out that elbow strike, near the head range on the punching bag.

"I think smart ladies take the time to know how to defend themselves," Sam said. "Although being able to vent one's frustrations is important too."

"There, we'll call it practicality and say I'm not being uncouth," Alice laughed, attempting that hanu-thing. "Although if it's all right with you, I might skip the flying kicks."

Pinafores and knee-high boots didn't really allow for that range of movement, and if they did, she shuddered to think what a view the other students might get.
