Luau: The Main Campfire: Friday Evening

The irony of having a Hawaiian luau while in Greece probably hadn't escaped anyone.  But given that the majority of the students probably couldn't pinpoint Hawaii on the map, it didn't seem like that was enough of a reason to cancel what had become a summer tradition.

So in the early evening, the main campfire was transformed into a party place with coconuts, grass skirts, and leis for everyone.  A pig was slowly roasting over the fire, and a huge moddable buffet spread out to the flagpole. 

A dance floor was set up, and Hawaiian music was playing, but there was also plenty of grass spread with blankets for the less-rhythm-inclined.

Harry wasn't really a big fan of large groups. He was a big fan of free food though. The free food won out over the crowds easily and now he was happily filling a plate with just about everything.

"Hello," Inara greeted him as she filled a plate of her own, still slightly bemused by the dildo cozy giveaway from earlier. "Are you enjoying Fandom?"

That she thought he was new was probably more a sign of her not getting out much than anything.

"I always enjoy lots of free food," Harry said with a grin. "So yeah. And it's been good so far. Been here since January though. What about you?"

Harry didn't get out much either.

"Since last summer," she admitted, eating a grape. "I'm Inara. It's nice to meet you, though apparently we should have been able to do this much sooner."

"I'm Harry. Hi." He shrugged, then grinned a little sheepishly. "I don't spend much time being social, so I probably still haven't met half the school."

"Nice to meet you. Are you not interested, or above such things, shy, or busy?" She asked, figuring that covered just about everything.

"We don't bite," she teased carefully, "at least as far as I know."

Harry grinned. "I heard that was only the gremlins, yeah."

Inara blushed bright red. "Stay away from the gremlins. They're a menace."

"I've managed to avoid them so far," Harry said. "But I'll keep an eye out."
