Luau: The Main Campfire: Friday Evening

The irony of having a Hawaiian luau while in Greece probably hadn't escaped anyone.  But given that the majority of the students probably couldn't pinpoint Hawaii on the map, it didn't seem like that was enough of a reason to cancel what had become a summer tradition.

So in the early evening, the main campfire was transformed into a party place with coconuts, grass skirts, and leis for everyone.  A pig was slowly roasting over the fire, and a huge moddable buffet spread out to the flagpole. 

A dance floor was set up, and Hawaiian music was playing, but there was also plenty of grass spread with blankets for the less-rhythm-inclined.

"Her favorite kind," Luke said with a small laugh. "I'll send something along to you, I promise. She's one of the best negotiators in our galaxy."

His entire face lit up when he talked about his sister.

"She's pretty close to perfect," Luke agreed. "Just don't tell her I said that."

"You're going to be an excellent queen," Luke said, smiling.

Willow blushed. "Do you think so? I want to be. I'm really hoping not to screw anything up."

"I've got a good feeling about it," Luke said with a nod.

"Thank you," Willow said. "Considering who your dad is that means a lot."

Luke smiled. "I'm sure he'd have the same feeling," he said. "Some things the Force is pretty clear about."

"Do you think the Force could maybe write any of this down?" Willow asked. "In case I have questions later?"

"I really, really wish it worked that way," Luke replied with a wry smile. "It prefers to generally keep things vague and unhelpful."

Luke pouted back, then smiled. "It doesn't even react to whining," he said.
