Reno had a Host Club! And his club had all sorts of neat stuff, like a lego table and a velcro dartboard and those nifty little cards that had pictures on them for matching games and stuff! And there was grape juice! And cookies! And a kind of scary lookin' pizza that he took from the common room last night that might have marshmallows and salami on it, but Reno wasn't sure.

Oh, oh, oh! And bestest of all? Reno's Host Club had boys who were there to entertain the girls or whatever, even if girls did have cooties. It was their duty as hosts to be all entertaining an' stuff, and that's why it had 'Host' in the name and not just 'play with our toys club' or something, and Host Club boys were tough and could totally handle a few cooties anyhow.

So it was really, really good that the clinic had free cootie shots today, maybe.

Oh! And Reno had made a sign with crayons and had hung it up and it was a good sign saying that the Host Club was open to everyone. If you squinted and looked at it sideways and used your 'magination.

And if they were real good, maybe Uncle Barney would tell them all a story, Reno hoped. Because Uncle Barney was awesome.

There's a lego table.

Clearly this is the bestest thing ever.

We're all big kids, though, and totally don't need naps 'cause naps are dumb.

But if you did need a nap, there are blankies and pillows an' stuff anyway.

He has a ~~cardboard tube~~ stun baton and he's showing lego monsters who's boss because he's strong and tough and stuff!

When he pings in! If we ask reeeeeally nice, maybe we can get him to tell us a story!

The world is too bloody cute today to end.

I'll be afk for an hour or so at about 2:00 MST, for lunch with my mom, but I'm around all day otherwise.

Despite the terrifying OCD in this post, please, do feel free to let chaos reign!

Barney stared at the students. "Why is Fandom against me?" he muttered, pouring himself a nice, tall glass of special tea.

Reno waved hi hi hi to Uncle Barney! He liked him, because he was smart and awesome and brought movies and he was really awesome.

"Hiii! Or yo! I like yo better an' stuff." He nodded a very serious sort of nod, and then pointed to the drink. "What's thaaat? Will you tell me a story? I'm bored! Hiiii! I mean, Yo!"

"This," Barney said, pointing at his drink, "Is where Uncle Barney gets all his special powers." He was glad radio had prepared him for this. Somewhat.

Reno's eyes went wide.

"Special powers, really? I bet you're all super fast and stuff, yo. But I'm faster because I'm the fastest." This was coupled with a very certain sort of nod. "Is it like mako? I gotts mako. 'S why my eyes are blue! Are your eyes blue?"

Of course this meant that he had to attempt to scramble into Barney's lap to investigate. But he was wee and easily removable. Totally.

Oooh, Legos.

Romeo grabbed a fistful and busied himself building a big castle. On wheels, because everything was better if it was on wheels.

He was also attaching a whole bunch of cannons. "BOOM, boom k'pewwwwww!"

Romeo was giving Uncle Barney a thoughtful look. "Whatcha drinkin, Mr. Barney?" he asked.

"Don't make me use my magic to remove you!" Barney said, brushing the kid to the floor. Of course, he kinda wanted to use his magic.

"It's my secret weapon against small, inquisitive children," Barney replied, taking a long drink.

Hey, the floor was good, too. Reno made himself totally comfortable on the floor, sitting all cross-legged and stuff and grinning up at Barney.

"Magic is really cool! When I'm growed up and awesome like you, I'm gonna use magic, too." He bounced in place a little. "I wanna see some magic! Show me some magic, pleeeeeeeease?"

"I dunno what inquisitive is," Romeo informed him. "And I'm not a small child, I'm eight!"

"BOOM K'pewwww," Reno agreed, stomping his very abstract-looking lego behemoth-monster (made all out of red blocks, because red was the best color in the world) in front of Romeo's wheely-castle!

"Rooaaaaarr!"

"Consider this: How tall are you? Compare that to how tall I am. Now, let's see who's small in this scenario." Barney said, because reasoning with annoying 8-year-olds works well.

Sky had gotten lost on his way back from talking to Mr. Manager and somehow ended up inside the school building. So he'd "morphed" by putting his wee plastic helmet back on and decided to use his powers to find his way out... but instead found a room with people. And LEGOS.

He could handle that.

He made a beeline for the Lego table and settled down to play, building what was supposed to be a scale model of the Delta Squad Megazord, but just ended up looking like a colorful house on wheels.

"Now that is how you get a show," Barney grinned, beginning to wave his hands in the air in front of him. "How about this awesome bit of MAGIC!" When he said 'magic' a fireball sparked between his hands. It was rather impressive.

Normally he got thrown in time out for his magic, but not today!

Romeo held up his (mostly blue and gold) wheely castle, adding a little Lego pirate to the top. "Bangbangbangbangbang," he said, speaking for the pirate. "Who dares to try to take down the terror of the seas?"

Reno had a Lego-behemoth! And his lego behemoth was all big and snarly and evil, as could be evidenced by the loud "raooooowreerrarrrr" noises that he was making as he stomped it across the table toward the other kid's housemobile!

"Roawwwwwarrr!"

Romeo wrinkled his nose. "That's no fair, you've had longer to get big than I have," he declared. "I'll be bigger'n you when I'm old like you!"

"I do, rarrrr," Reno announced, because clearly red behemoths could totally speak English, "I'm the strongest monster ever an' you don't stand a chance, roawwwr!"

This was emphasized with more stomping the Lego creation against the table.
