Sam was on a bit of a sugar high this morning, in addition to being armed with his usual cup of coffee. Luckily, Dean was giving him space and alone time again, so only the books got to witness him being jittery as he set up for the day.

"Do I have to be nice to you on Tuesdays?" Peter asked. "I don't remember that being part of the deal."

"I didn't realize you were only being nice part time," Sam teased.

"You only get coffee from me one day a week," Peter teased back.

"That's not the only way you're nice to me," Sam said. "Best friends are for every day. There's no escaping it."

"Damn." Peter pretended to look disappointed. "Guess I'll just have to be nice to you tomorrow then."
