Applied Inventiontronics, Period 4 - Week 11

There were three exceptionally different items displayed on Glitch's desk today

"Well, hopefully most of you are getting close to being finished with your projects, and being finished with a project means it's time to name it," he said, grinning. Naming inventions was always fun.

"Today, all you need to do is think of a name for each of these inventions and then brainstorm on a name for your own invention once you're finished."

Andrew Wells

"Buttony Thing," Andrew said solemnly.

It's possible he was still feeling a little under the weather and lacking drive to be creative.

"Scary Looking Watch Thing."

Again, an oddly literal name. Andrew did actually like this thing though.

"The Typingator." Because all awesome inventions should end with ator.

Andrew pulled out his designs and promptly put his head down.

Liir Thropp

"...what does it do?"

He'd add 'er' to it. Usually that worked.

"Spiderwatch," he ventured. "...it is a watch, isn't it?"

Liir hoped he wouldn't get in trouble.

He sat down next to Andrew and started to pet his hair.

*tears up*

...so ...beautiful. That's some hardcore quality geek.

"I don't know," he admitted. "...but that is a lot of buttons."

Andrew turned his head and smiled lazily at Liir.

"I should have had some coffee or something with breakfast," he said.

Ami Mizuno

"Circular Typewriter" Ami said after a pause for thought.

"Diving Watch" Ami hazarded an attempt at a name.

"Hmmm." It looked like a cross between a laptop and a typewriter. "Portable Automatic Chalkboard"

"If you're that tired, you need the rest," he said gently, his hand still moving.

"How are you feeling today, hmm?"

He had his early class today and so hadn't been able to ask before he left for maths.
