Please help yourself to some coffee, and have a seat. Your editor-in-chief will meet with you personally to discuss why you want to be on yearbook, and specifically what department/position you might be interested in.

Please be patient, and keep things down, as said EIC has suffered a head injury recently, and is recovering.

Rory sits on a table, watching people come in. She has a cup of coffee, though it's significantly larger than the ones on the table, and keeps absently touching the bandage on her forehead.

"Rory!" Anya yells as she's running towards her.

*Stops to catch her breath* "I just found out what happened and wanted to stop by and make sure you're o.k." she says, genuinely concerned for her roomie.




ooc: for the sake of not having a good reason why she didn't know her roomie had a concussion, lets say Anya was out of town or something.

Rory smiles wryly at Anya. "I'm fine. Or I will be. It still hurts a little, but I'm not concussed or anything."

[ooc: Hey, it's perfectly reasonable that Anya didn't wonder why Rory didn't come home last night. Ror does have a boyfriend who lives in town after all. :)]

"Good," she says with a sigh of relief. "I just heard and was a worried when I hadn't seen you so I had to come find you."

Rory offers a wry smile. "I appreciate it. How goes the campaign thingy? I'll be coming along to that later, once this wraps up."

"I'm headed that way now," she tells her. "I just wanted to find you first."

Gets ready to leave, "See you there then?" she asks.
