Sam had very fond memories of working in the library during high school. When he remembered it was Monday, the day he'd usually had his shift, he headed down to the library and situated himself behind the desk with a small stack of books, and a look that dared anyone to try to get him to leave.

Heee! I think the school district figures that everyone will take off Wednesday anyway (students *and* teachers) so rather than having half a day of school, they just give us the whole day off.

*blinks* People get Friday off? (Seriously, neither of my parents have ever gotten Friday off. They took it off as vacation day but never got it as a day off.)
