Alternative Tactics, Wednesday First Period 24/10
It was Danger Shop time again.
Except Kerrigan wasn't wearing any armor.
That would've been the first tip-off right there.
"Thanks to certain students in this class," she said, crossing her arms, "We have a slight change in the curriculum today. We are going to be concerned with diplomacy and its advantages in the field."
She didn't sound like she felt it had any advantages in the field of all places.
"Since I still believe we all learn by doing, that means we're using the sim to place you in a situation where you will have to negotiate yourself out or die. As this class is his particular gift to us, Adamaif he is here can go first. And show you all how it's done."
If you thought she was smirking, you thought wrong.
Really.
[wait for the ocd up! ]

Re: Get Out There
"You know what, never mind," the Terran snarled, "We'll figure this out on our own."
Re: Get Out There
Then he turned to the Terran. "And you... just... shut up, okay? If this is your idea of diplomacy, it's no WONDER Mr. Protoss and his friends don't like you."
Re: Get Out There
Sokka had just been blanked.
"REBUILDING WOULD NOT BE A POINT OF CONTENTION," the Executor offered, just a little bit depressed by the lack of a decent reaction, "IT WILL TAKE SEVERAL DECADES FOR THE PLANET TO RECOVER."
Re: Get Out There
He started trudging off towards the Terran army.
Re: Get Out There
Well, except maybe Judicator Aldaris, but his prickness was legendary. "ALRIGHT," he managed feebly, before his side of the com link went black.
The Terrans were moving their tanks in.
Re: Get Out There
Then he saw the tanks and waved his arms at them. "No, NO, NO!!!" he shouted. "You IDIOTS!!!"
He started running towards the Terran army and frantically hitting buttons on the com link, trying to get the commander back on.
Re: Get Out There
The one in front of Sokka drove on, too.
Just a little slower.
"KID!" Another human voice crackled in over the com, "MOVE!"
Re: Get Out There
If the tank was moving slow enough, he was going to jump up onto it.
Re: Get Out There
And now had a Sokka on it.
"...What d'you mean, cease-fire?"
Re: Get Out There
He looked awfully full of himself.
"Now, exactly how long do you think that'll last if your tanks start shooting at them?"
Re: Get Out There
They all stared at Sokka without comprehension.
"...What?"
Re: Get Out There
Re: Get Out There
Then said, quietly, "Okay."
The sim faded into nothingness, leaving only Kerrigan, hiding a mostly boggled expression. "Fine," she said, trying very hard not to let any of the confusion show, "You get an A+ for the module. Go home, get some sleep."
