For a change the class had assembled at the main campfire. This probably had nothing to do with wanting to flout Umbridge's decrees.

Really.

"Now, in your futile quest for redemption, another of the difficulties you will encounter is backsliding. In any case, during today's scenario, the heroes are going to have started to backslide, badly, and it's the sidekicks' job to make them see the light. Heroes, make them work for it. As per usual, Jeff was utterly confused, but he was very sulky about it. He stared down at the grass and only kept an eye out occasionally for that bloke from last class
