From the library to the construction site - Sunday Evening

They knew why the dinosaurs were here. They had a book with an illustration for how things needed to be set up to send the dinosaurs away. They even had an unconventional adventuring party to get the job done. Now all they needed to do was get past the dinosaurs, get down the hole and finish this.

"Mr Fraser, you have no idea," she said, with a very small laugh.

"I cannot believe that just the small disruption of some stones set this all off," Fraser said, sobering up. "I will take full...almost full responsibility."

"No, Mr Fraser, you will not." Harriet's voice was very firm. "The hole was caused by a natural geographical weakness, disturbed by the necessary activity of rebuilding the school. You went down into it in order to make sure it was safe to continue that rebuilding. Disturbing the stones was an unfortunate accident and nothing more," she finished. "One which we will now put to rights."

"I really can't argue with that," Fraser said. "Vice Principal Hades, would you be able to jump us all down there or should we rappel?"

"Miss Jones, care to assist so I don't do this incorrectly?"

"Absolutely." She did wonder why Hades hadn't simply done that straight from the library, though. "Let's see now." She opened the book, frowning thoughtfully at the illustration. "I think that one goes there, and the other," she held it so Fraser could see it, "there do you think?"

"I think you're right." He knelt down in front of the stones and slowly and carefully started rearranging them as per the illustration. "I'm handling these like their bombs."

"And your hair's out again," Fraser muttered, situating a few more of the rocks.

"It's rather disturbing how that keeps happening," Harriet said innocently, and crouched down, nudging one of the rocks slightly to the left. "Any chance of cementing these into place when we're finished?"

"If these can be cemented without being disturbed, I'll look into it," Fraser promised, just about finished with the rocks.

"It would be nice if this never happened again," she told him, humming a little under her breath as she studied the illustration. "I think," she touched one rock, then another, and readjusted them the tiniest bit, "I think we're just about done."

"I hope that's done it then," Fraser said, looking around. "I thank you both kindly for your help. I suppose we should go see the damage that might have been caused?"

"It was my pleasure," Harriet replied, looking pleased. "That sounds like an excellent idea. And we should stop by the library, let them know and return the book, and when we're done with that, I'll make you both a nice cup of tea."
