Parker put up the sign with the rules.

SAFETY RULES:

· TREAT ALL GUNS AS IF THEY WERE LOADED

· KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL READY TO FIRE

· BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT’S BEYOND

· ALWAYS WEAR HEARING AND EYE PROTECTION

· NEVER USE ALCOHOL OR DRUGS BEFORE OR WHILE SHOOTING.

· CHECK IN ALL WEAPONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RANGE.

"This is a pretty informal club; we're basically here to answer your questions, help those who are new to weapons, and allow a free trade of information about guns." Parker looked around at those present. "That said, if you have suggestions for anything else for the Club this semester, please feel free to talk to me. We usually have at least one Lazer Tag weekend, and I'm hoping to get some help with moving targets this semester.

"New people? Come see me to get ear and eye protection, and be given the safety lecture, especially if you don't have any previous experience."

Billy was aiming for non lethal spots today. Shoulders, arms, and waist away from vital organs.

Anders had been gravitating more and more toward the SIG-Sauer as his sidearm of choice, and today he seemed unusually quiet and focused as he carefully cleaned and loaded it.

He emptied three clips into the target from about medium range, hitting his target or coming damn close about 80% of the time.

Better -- but not quite as good as he could be. Reloading the gun, he took aim and started again.

Aeryn's had the kind of week that has her unloading half a cartridge on the special target. With really good aim, though.

Having scampered all the way from Cedric's room, Jack was extremely tuckered out.

He hugged the wall as he made his way into the range, sneezing sharply at the smell, and hopped right onto Parker's shoe, standing up to press his paws against her leg to try and get her attention.
