"That sucks," Bridge says, making the face again. "They only got me the once. But that was enough, thanks. At least it got fixed, though. Being stuck semi-incorporeal would have been... difficult."

"That was on his *birthday*?" Bridge winces. "Sucks." And Bridge can relate, sort of. His last two birthdays in Fandom hadn't exactly been fun. "Any luck with the whole figuring out how to vanquish the Source without hurting Bel thing?" he asks.
