Sam came to open the library, in probably the best mood he'd been in in a long time.

His mood was so good, in fact, that he wasn't even particularly bothered by finding that half of the items on the main desk had turned into pies.

"Pudding? At least, plentiful snacks i guess. Um, can the pies be eaten or is that a bad idea?"

"I guess they can be eaten. They certainly smell like they can be eaten," Sam said. "I'm just worried about what might happen if they turn back into books before I've finished digesting."

"ew. Also, what if they are eaten and never turn back? Then we would have no books!"
