All language classes:

Instead of a written quiz, I think you are ready for oral. I want you all to chose a partner or two and carry on a conversation with the vocabulary you've learned to far. You may use one language if you wish, or all that we've studied so far in your classes.

I will be grading you on accuracy, pronounciation, and how you explain yourself in anything but English should you hit a snag in your vocabulary so far.

Don't forget to sign up for a presentation. If you have not by the end of school Friday, I will assume you don't intend to.

Don't forget there is lab today and I am also available during my office hours should you have a particular question.

He introduces himself, following her lead and speaking in Greek. That's easy enough, and his mind is already thinking ahead, fretting about making a fool of himself in front of her.

Max grimaces as Rory gets herself a partner before he can ask. He glances around for anyone else who might be in class.

Don't make him take his shoes off and make a sock-puppet partner. Because he will.

Anders comes in and finds Rory and Connor paired off, and Max and Charlie. With a sigh, he sits down and waits for someone else to show up.

Rory and Connor are partnered up, and Max seems to be putting his sock back on while talking to Charlie. Janet shrugs and sits down with a book Professor Methos recommended, reading it until someone else shows up.

Thomasina enters the classroom and reads the instructions written on the board. Seeing that there is only one person left in the classroom without a partner, she walks over to her.

Salve. Thomasina ego. Quae nomen vestrum est?

Some of the study must have kicked her brain into gear, because Janet actually understands what Thomasina is saying.

"Uh, salve?" She puts her book away. "Janet Fraiser." She then asks how Thomasina is doing today.

Unfortunately, speaking it doesn't come so easily.

OOC: Unfortunately, Janet's mun has no clue of how to speak Latin and was only able to translate this due to being a really big dork. So we'll have to muddle through. :)

"Phoebe Halliwell will not be in class today as she is feeling very ill. Could you please have someone deliver her homework to East Attic as she is not leaving her room."
