As the students enter into the music room, previous students of music class might notice that the entire classroom has been renovated to look like a nightclub complete with stage, tables, booths and a bar which unfortunately has only non-alcoholic drinks. Damn it

When the students take their seats the lighting changes over the stage and Lorne appears and from nowhere music begins to play.

Scattered applause is heard even though the students may not be clapping. Funn that. Lorne smiles and begins to speak as the music continues to play in the background.

"Hello my cats and kittens of the classroom! For those of you don't
know me I'm Krevlornswath of The Deathwok Clan, but everybody calls me
Lorne. Or if you're a fan of kid shows, I'm better known as "Uncle
Lorne the green guy with Horns".

"Today's class is all about getting to know each other... I want you
all to pick a song and either sing it or play it for everyone and tell
us what that song means to you. You might ask why I picked my song?
Well frankly kids is because..."

Marie sat down at the piano, figuring she'd play & sing the same song as she did at the talent show.

After a moment of hesitation, she pulled off her gloves so she could play with ease. No one was close enough for her to accidentally touch.

The moment the song was over, she tugged the gloves back on. Too bad she had no idea about Lorne's abilities. Her aura was probably pretty damn interesting right about now.

Lorne listened attentively to the lyrics as well to what else was going on in this kids life. Damn, these kids never get a break at this school do they.

"Nice performance, Maria," Lorne said when she was through. "How you holding up Sugar?"

Marie gave him a confused look. "Oh, you heard what happened?" She guessed it made sense for her teachers to be warned, but she wasn't even sure if the school administration knew what was up.

"Something like that," Lorne said with a small smile. "If you'd like to talk more after class I'll be around. In the meantime why don't you tell the class why you picked this song?"
