Veronica arrived after her students, wearing dark glasses and carrying what might possibly be the largest mug of coffee ever invented. A wee bit too much sake last night? Quite possibly. She pointedly did not look at Cally, Al or Stark.

"Um, here's handouts," she said, shoving the stack at someone to pass out to the rest of the class. "We're learning about night photography. You can go to the astronomy workshop tonight if you want to know what you're taking pictures of. I don't have a lecture, so just read at your leisure. I also can't stand the smell of chemicals this morning, so you're on your own in the darkroom. When you're all done in there, you can come back out and brainstorm for next week's prompts."

As soon as they headed in to the darkroom, Veronica put her head down. She realized that was a bad idea when the room started spinning. Why had she drunk so much sake last night?

The coffee helped her feel marginally better by the time her students were done in the darkroom (so did a couple trips to the little girls room).

"Okay, brainstorming. This week's prompts are Star, Shadow and Sad. Discuss."

Veronica really hoped no one wanted to talk to her after class, because all she wanted to do was go back to bed.

Working out on a hang over? Not the best thing. Cameron was leaning against the wall, sunglasses in place and he was trying not to yawn every five seconds. He did seem to have brought coffee today.

Veronica wasn't stumbling anymore, but she wasn't really paying attention to much around her either, being completely focused on getting back to her room and sleeping for the rest of the day.

Therefore, she didn't notice Cameron.

"Yo, Mars," Cameron said, wincing just a bit as that was too loud.

Turning her head that fast was a mistake. She put one hand on the wall and waited for the dizziness to pass.

"Hey," she said. "Why are you out of bed? Did you have a workshop?"

"Not until the afternoon. I had training," he said with a handwave and held out the cup of chai latte. "Figured that if you felt as bad teaching as I did working out, you could use this."

Veronica managed a very small smile. "Thanks," she said. "Sake is evil. But yummy evil."

"You saw nothing last night," Cally said, still half-squinting from her poor headache.

"No, no I didn't," Veronica agreed quickly, remembering that Cally and Nadia had both had to drink for the threesome question.

"If you want nothing explained, maybe we can do that when my head doesn't hurt," Cally said.

"You don't owe me any explanations," Veronica said. "And quite honestly, I'm afraid they'd make my head explode. If it doesn't from this hangover, at least."

"Right, then nothing has to be explained. Erm, Nothing nothing, not the something nothing I was alluding to. Erm, ow, brain, I'm gonna go fall asleep on my desk now."

"I figured as much," Veronica said. "I won't say anything either. Of course, most of last night is pretty fuzzy."

"Oh," Veronica raised an eyebrow. "Well, you know, I bet a lot of people have their first kiss playing games like that," she assured him quietly.

Rory sidled up to Veronica. "Mexican food. I know it sounds insane, but really greasy Mexican food is the best hangover cure I know," she offered quietly.

Veronica turned a lovely shade of green.

"As much as I usually love good Mexican food, the idea is making my stomach think it's trying out for the summer olympics."
