When the students entered the dangershop, they found it to have been set up like a stereotypical novelty breakfast restaurant, right down to the dirndls worn by the harried yet unflappable waitress. The students were free to order any item they wanted from the menu . . . so long as they paid for it. Toaster waffles were on offer for free, though.

Daisy sat at a long table to one side of the restaurant, reading the obituaries section of today's Washington Post and sipping some coffee. She had a brown leather journal on the table in front of her, and the specials board behind her had a list of the students' names:

Sam Winchester

Daisy waited for everyone to arrive and get their breakfast on before setting down the paper.

[ooc: ~~wait for the OCD~~. I will have to be afk in the afternoon/evening to attend a gathering for a friend of mine who has passed away, but I will be online from late Friday night through Saturday morning (I hope) to grab up the pings.

PLEASE NOTE: the following is entirely optional. Should your character get caught, I can have them get harrassed by a graveling. Also, should your character not find their target in time, the target will die in a suitably canonish wacky fashion. These are ENTIRELY OPTIONAL. Please let me know if you'd like this to happen in the OOC thread.

All threads are open ~~as soon as OCD is up~~, since my time for RP is limited. Expect to be out IG by about 4 pm.

Angela turned around again and sputtered at the chalky bits and dirt that ended up in her hair and eyes.

She moved out of the shower of bits and looked up.

This sucked.

The graveling had skittered away by then, only to duck behind a table and fling the fork petulantly in Angela's direction. It missed, but clattered fairly close by.

Angela squeaked again and jumped. "Hello? There's something throwing things over here. I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to get hurt in detention!"

Especially when that guy had just, you know, died.

A spoon clattered across the floor from a different direction, and if Angela was quick enough she might spot another flash of grey out of the corner of her eye.

Angela, whether she knew it or not, was in a pretty darned fast body and did catch that flash of grey.

"Yuck! This place has spoon-throwing rats!"

Another silent snicker from the graveling, who scampered by and tried to take a chunk out of Angela's shirt on the way.

"Ohmigod!" Angela was starting to get seriously freaked out now. "Daisy, please! Make it stop!"

She grabbed a coffee pot and held it as threateningly as one can hold a coffee pot. "I'm warning you, thingy, this is hot and at least eight hours old."

The graveling scrambled up onto the counter and ran across it, batting salt sugars and napkin holders at Angela en route to the Der Wafflehaus sign hanging from the ceiling.

It leaped up onto the sign, causing it to sway dangerously for a few moments, then skittered across the ceiling into a shadowed corner to lay in wait for a good opportunity to pounce without that pesky, stale coffee in the way.

Angela backed up for the wall and started to inch her way toward the exit, coffee pot still in hand.

Worst. Detention. Ever.
