Detention [8/5]
When the students entered the dangershop, they found it to have been set up like a stereotypical novelty breakfast restaurant, right down to the dirndls worn by the harried yet unflappable waitress. The students were free to order any item they wanted from the menu . . . so long as they paid for it. Toaster waffles were on offer for free, though.
Daisy sat at a long table to one side of the restaurant, reading the obituaries section of today's Washington Post and sipping some coffee. She had a brown leather journal on the table in front of her, and the specials board behind her had a list of the students' names:
Alec
Veruca Cally
Walter Dornez
Tyler Durden
Dean Winchester
Sam Winchester
Daisy waited for everyone to arrive and get their breakfast on before setting down the paper.
[ooc:wait for the OCD. I will have to be afk in the afternoon/evening to attend a gathering for a friend of mine who has passed away, but I will be online from late Friday night through Saturday morning (I hope) to grab up the pings.
PLEASE NOTE: the following is entirely optional. Should your character get caught, I can have them get harrassed by a graveling. Also, should your character not find their target in time, the target will die in a suitably canonish wacky fashion. These are ENTIRELY OPTIONAL. Please let me know if you'd like this to happen in the OOC thread.
All threads are openas soon as OCD is up, since my time for RP is limited. Expect to be out IG by about 4 pm.
And thanks to
walter_n_wires and
futurebucs_star for offering to help with playing NPCs
ETA (3:45 pm EST): And off I go.
walter_n_wires and
futurebucs_star: feel free to mod those npcs you feel comfortable with. I'll pick up any hanging pings and threads when I return. I apologize for the inconvenience of having to go AFK, but it could not be avoided.]

Re: Walter Dornez - R. Summers
Re: Walter Dornez - R. Summers
The card read Ray Summers, producer.
Re: Walter Dornez - R. Summers
She twisted the purple post-it nervously in her hand. She just had to stick it on this guy. That seemed easier said than done, but she sort of palmed it and moved around behind Ray and patted him on the back.
"That's very nice of you, Mr. Summers. I'm old enough to work now, you know? My name is Angela Chase.
Re: Walter Dornez - R. Summers
The post-it rested unnoticed on the back of his jacket.
Re: Walter Dornez - R. Summers
She hurried past Ray and didn't notice that the wind of her passage blew the post-it off his back and onto the floor.
Re: Walter Dornez - R. Summers
"The hell is this?"
Behind him, something scuttled along the wall.
"Hey, Angelo, you put this on me?!" Ray stood to go after her, then slipped on some spilled beer, skidded across the fake bar, and slammed into the wall, knocking the cow skull off of its mounting, which then dropped down squarely on his head. Horn side first.
There was a macabre moment during which the projected man lay there, his eyes glassy and staring, then the projection cut out.
"Nice job, Waltarthergela," Daisy called. "You got caught. Go sit in the corner for fifteen minutes."
