Festivus in July, Fandom High front lawn, Friday afternoon

Sometime during morning workshops, when no one was paying nearly enough attention except those concerned, the Fandom High schoolgrounds had filled with snow.

For the record, "those concerned" meant Rory Gilmore and several dozen snow cone distributors from the mainland. But who wants to ruin the illusion? Students who were curious might assume that it was simply a Festivus in July miracle, or some such.

In the middle of the lawn stood a bare, aluminum pole. Festivus tradition, you know.

[Yes, the schoolgrounds have snow. I'm weathermodding and saying it's cool enough today through this evening for it to stick, and it'll melt overnight. And yes, we're having Festivus in July. For those not in the know, here is a handy Wiki link! Please wait for OCD. Up, yay!]

"Of course not," Cameron assured him quickly. "They're very manly men soaps for manly men with peach skin."

Cameron sighed and motioned from his face towards John's and raised an eyebrow.

"It's easy to forget," John exclaims. "You use girly soaps?"

"No!" Cameron scowled. "I use manly man soaps!"

"Like Victoria's Secret!" Yeah, John's dumb and chose the first girly company he could think of.

Cameron blinked. "I thought they only did underwear?"

"That's..." Cameron trailed off, deciding that asking whether Aeryn buys the soap is a way too confusing question. "Sure. And Pantene shampoo."

"How is that for your hair?" John asks seriously. "I've been using Head and Shoulders and it kinda sucks."

"Nice man," Cameron mussed up his hair. "Makes it all soft and shiny."

"I should try that," John muses. "You use lotion?"

"Not usually unless it's too dry," Cameron explained.

"I get dry skin on my elbow a lot," John says and points. "It cracks and hurts if I don't use lotions."

"Huh," Cameron held his arm up to look at his elbow. "I don't think I've had that before."

"It hurts like a bitch," John complains. "Maybe it's a Crichton thing?"

"Sounds annoying," he frowned. "It could be. Maybe we should let the doc at the clinic compare our genes or something?"

"Maybe. I just need some better lotions," John says. "Do you use two in one shampoo and conditioner or separate?

"Seperate, man. The two in one thing sounds like a cop out to me," Cameron said. "It's just not quite the same, you know?"

"Right right," John agrees. "And it makes my hair feel all heavy and stuff if if I use the 2 in 1. Like I'm wearing a layer of shampoo."

Cameron nodded in agreement. "Exactly. You got to try Pantene, dude. Makes your hair all happy."
