Edmund looks amused. He looks happy. He looks pleased to see the students as they arrive.

"Good morning, children," he begins, beaming at his students. "Sign in, share with us your stories of insulting your fellow students as per last week's assignment."

After his students share their stories of success or failure. Edmund's smile is back.

"Today, we are discussing something vital to any retail endeavor, inventory. Without your inventory, you do not have a retail store."

Edmund then launches into an ironic lecture on how to take physical inventory (see ooc note.) At the end of the lecture, he holds up a handful of clipboards with count sheets attached.

"Your assignment, is to take inventory for All and Sundries. You may work solo ~~for those not up for interaction today~~ or in groups of two or three. Turn in your count sheets on your way out of the store."

[ooc: You so do not have to read the link on physical inventory. Have your characters head out into A&S. You have my complete permission to mod any item in any place. The only things that are generally static in the store are that the clothes in the back, and there are bulk bins of glitter in the art and hobby supplies section, which may, or may not contain art and hobby supplies other than the glitter.]

Jaye stops one, picks one out from under her knee, then slides them both back with her knee. Putting the Slinky on its side to act as a guard.

Zack quickly spun three more towards the slinky. Hopefully the third would bunnyhop over the slinky when it hit the first two.

Which is does, and Jaye stares at him all "omg?"

Zack shrugged. "My brothers play pool a lot."

"Ooh, can you hustle?" she asks, maybe a little too excitedly.

Zack grinned. "My brothers don't play pool with me anymore."

"See, now I'm thinking a trip to one of Fandom's pool tables is in order," she nods.

"I couldn't do that," Zack said. "It would be wrong."

"Playing with marbles when you're supposed to be working is wrong, too," she points out. "Come on, it'll be fun."

"Of course it'll be fun," Zack said. "I just needed to get the moral objection out of the way first."

"Oh," she says. "All done with the moral bit then?"

"Pretty much."

"Awesome. Pick a night, we'll go."

"How's Thursday sound to you?"

She grins. "I'm there."

Zack grinned back. "Excellent."
