Basketball Practice, Gym, Sunday Morning

Tyler is moving a little stiffly this morning, thanks to a certain spar with someone who kicked. Hard. And hit. Also hard.

But it's Sunday morning, so he's in the gym for practice. He's lined up practice mats and balls and is trying to dribble left-handed.

He's getting better at it.

[OOC: OCD is up. Go forth and practice. I'll be around until about 1 p.m. EST, and then slowplay as usual.]

Tyler raised an eyebrow at Peter. Want to co-captain? I could use a hand.

Which...wasn't the request Peter had anticipated given the demon and silent situation of the weekend. He glanced at Tyler questioningly then shrugged. Sure. What do you need me to do? He paused then wrote. We're on the same team. That going to be a problem?

Yeah, it was a little random to be thinking about this in the midst of demon attacks, but no time like the present, right?

He shrugged and wrote, Open practice every other week. Get to the gym, set out the balls, all of that. Help me pick the drills. The coach is... Tyler hesitated, pen over the paper. busy, he finally wrote.

He tapped his pen on the paper, thinking about the squads. Yeah. We should change out. I could go on gold and send John or Cam over. Think they'd mind being split?

Peter snickered, then crossed out busy and inserted crazy.

Sounds good, he wrote. Perhaps we could set up a midweek pickup game or some such as well. He thought about the squads as well. I don't think they'd mind too much. Hardly a huge deal.

Tyler tapped the word "crazy," and mouthed, "That too."

He wrote, Excellent. I'll talk to them. Sheepish, hhe tapped his throat. Or write. Whatever.

Who knows. Perhaps talking will be possible...eventually. Peter showed the notebook to Tyler with a half-smile then made a face.

He nodded to Peter and moved into a series of stretches.
