Karate, Gym, June 28th, Wednesday Morning
"Morning, everyone," Tommy greets. "Today's lesson is going to be on the Squirrel style." He gestures to a table at the front of the room, upon which are laid out several different kinds of weapons (practice weapons, of course. nothing live here.)- both traditional and, well... not. There's also a row of practice dummies set up at one end of the room.
"The Squirrel style is all about using whatever you can pick up at the time," Tommy explains. "Sometimes, you may have a sword, or other conventional weapon. Sometimes... you may not," he says, as he picks up a set of measuring cups and whips towards a practice dummy.
[ooc: handwave whatever you want to find to use as a weapon!]

She rolled to her feet and grabbed up the two wooden spoons again, thrwoing them in quick succession.
She hoped he dodged them or that they didn't hit him somewhere that would hurt a lot.

He grunted, leapt to his feet, and kicked the jump rope up into his hands.
Re: Practice/Talk!
When he kicked the rope into his hands, she grabbed one end and yanked.

Plus, he was taller, heavier, and had greater upper body strength than Phoebe. He resisted the pull and tugged back.
