Danger Shop - Detention [6/24]

As the students enter, the Danger Shop appears to be a mostly empty room with a half circle of chairs in the middle.

The focal point of the half circle is a large white board which has a list of names on one half. The other half is covered at the moment.

Belthazor
Marie D'Ancanto
Timothy Desmond
Walter Dornez
Tyler Durden
Kaylee Fry
Phoebe Halliwell
Charles Kawalsky
Jamie Madrox
Setsuna Sakurazaki
Nadia Santos
Stark

Once everyone has arrived, Veronica begins briefing them.

"I don't know what you guys did to earn detention today and frankly, I don't care. Today we're going to solve a mystery and you're going to put someone else's well being before for your own."

She uncovers the other half of the board, which has a list of information about a missing girl, including a physical description.

"The girls' parents believe she has run off with her boyfriend and don't want to involve the authorities. It's your job to find her."

Re: Activity One - Search Her Bedroom - Desk

Since this girl doesn't seem to have a time-warping resort in a bottle or a magical workshop, Sakurazaki figures that the desk is the next best place to search. Still, she felt incredibly wrong going through someone's stuff without permission and without a direct threat to herself, so she spends a moment of considering her formality. Of course, it was all fake. So it didn't really matter, right?

There were several school text books in a haphazard pile that obviously never got any use. Sakurazaki notices a pink backback on the floor nearby, zipper partially open. Bending over, she starts shifting through its contents. Typical girly fare she'd seen a few of her Mahora classmates with. And then she recalls something. She reaches for a notebook, flipping the cover open.

Sure enough, with scribbles and hearts and far too many swirls, Sakurazaki takes in the name "Dick Casablancas," in several forms and often matched up with the girl's name. She grins slightly. Apparantly, obsessively scribbling the name of a boy on a notebook during boring classes was pretty universal.
