Clockwork workshop
“Today” Agatha said as she pulled out boxes of springs, cogs, wheels and various gears “we are going to build the actual clock mechanism.” She pulled out two differently sized hands. “Don’t forget that you need these hands, as well as the mechanism to make them move. I have printed out for you a handout with images of how this one gentleman built his clock, step-by-step. You do not need to cut your own gears and wheels, but you do need to assemble them as pictured here.”
She took a breath and looked at her two students. “This may take you more then just today’s workshop. You are welcome to come in any day the shop is open to continue working on them.”

Re: Questions?
"As for survivors, well, that's a different story. Cannon shot crashing into wooden decks creates a hell of a lot of splintering, and I don't mean slivers under the skin. Add to that the fact that medical care on deck was often rudimentary at best, and surviving an engagement did not necessarily mean a successful recovery from injuries sustained."
