Student Art Fair, Friday afternoon, Dorms Front Lawn

Since it was set to be a nice day, the Art Fair was laid out on the front lawn of the dorms.

When people entered, they were greeted with a selection of tissue paper flowers in colorful - mainly blue - vases. Beyond that, there was a number of displays from the various participating classes.

The Student Art Fair was open.

[OOC: Students with projects should start a subthread under their class for their project containing a description or link to a picture of their project. GOB's students should just get in place and perform for however long they want to. They are free to come and go.

Conversations in general areas should go under the General Conversation subthreads. Confusing, yes? Actual viewing and commenting on the different projects should go under the student's subthreads.

"Of course. How could I miss that?" Parker smirked a very little bit. "Can I have one of the purple ones?"

Greg happily made her a purple puppy.

It may have looked like a weasel. Or perhaps an elephant.

Isabel wandered up, small red fox following at her heels. "Hi!" she smiled.

"Hi!" he replied brightly. "Can I interest you or Jack in a balloon bear or pony or something?"

"I'd be happy with whatever you'd like to make. I'm easily pleased," Isabel grinned. "Jack will have to go without. Sharp teeth plus a balloon. Not a very good OTP."

"He totally wants one," Greg told Isabel. "I could make, like, a tiny chipmunk pal."

Isabel sighed. "Fine, but if he breaks it and winds up choking on it? You're the one that's going to do the Heimlich manuever on him."

"It would be easy," he assured her as he wound a little blue balloon up. It looked vaguely like a rodent of some sort when he was done. "There. Perfect friend for a fox."

Jack tipped his head sideways, eyeing it, then looked up at Greg. //You couldn't make a fox?// He bounced forward and opened his mouth, reaching very carefully for the rodentish creation.

And Greg very, very gently placed it in his mouth. "Don't choke on it. I don't want to give CPR to a fox."

Jack nodded as best he could and trotted back to sit beside Izzy, dropping it to rest on his front paws.

Whereupon he promptly jumped up, launching it into the air, then batted it - very gently - back to the ground.

Jaws gaping in a grin, he yipped happily at Greg.

Jack watched them, ears pricked forward. //You two are so cute.// He then went back to nudging his fox toy, really wishing there were other foxes on this island.
