Callisto had two lock boxes today, rather than just one. She pointed at the first box. "Shoes."

Then she pointed at the second box. "Now your clothes. Everything except your underwear."

After everyone had removed their clothing and placed it in the box, Callisto continued "If you spend a prolonged period of time in the wilderness, then it is more than likely whatever clothing you were wearing at the time will come under a considerable amount of wear and tear, especially if it wasn't designed for the environment you're in. The results can be… unpleasant to say the least.

"Luckily, it is possible to repair, and even make clothing from items found in the wilderness. Animal skins, some kinds of tree barks, vines, sinew. The possibilities, if not endless, are at least more varied than you'd think. Even luckier for you, I'm not making you hunt and forage for the raw materials.

"I think you can guess the rest of today's lesson. Use the materials I've provided to make garments to replace the ones you were wearing before. I know the equipment might be a primitive compared to what some of you may be used to, all bone needles and stone knives, but well, you'll just have to deal.

"Get to it," Callisto said. "And as an extra incentive, you're not getting your clothes back until next week, so make sure that you put a decent effort into the clothes."

Aeryn's just glaring. A lot. And nothing's coming off.

"Aeryn, clothes, box."

"You can have the shoes," Aeryn says. In fact, she wore a really old pair of boots because she doesn't expect to get them back.

"Aeryn, you can give me your clothes now, or you can cheer on Sunday."

Ooh, that's an impressive glare from Aeryn. "I'll be in the stands supporting the team. In the clothes I'm wearing now."

Callisto grinned. "Oh no you won't."

Still glaring, Aeryn thinks about this. "Fine," she says after a moment. "Sunday."

"Fine," Callisto said. "You do realise how small the cheer outfits are?"

Sam looked down at his clothes, and looked up at Callisto, blushing heavily. "Um. Are you serious?"

"Yes. Now take off your clothes."

"You know, I always imagined that the first time a girl said that to me, the situation would be slightly different," he replied, stalling.

Callisto rolled her eyes. "Your virtue is safe with me, now make with the stripping."

Sam sighed, but took his clothes off nonetheless, focusing very hard on the ground when he handed everything over.

"..Um," said Buffy, eyes very wide.

"Yes, I'm serious, no I'm not changing my mind, at least I'm leaving you your underwear, now give me the clothes."

Buffy realized resistance was futile (and was anyway too busy staring at Sam to protest) and pulled her dress over her head and handed it over along with her boots.

Molly's reaction was pretty much a repeat of Buffy's.

"Hi, Cal!" Bridge says, having coincidentally wandered in to the clearing. Also completely coincidentally, he's barefoot and wearing a set of old SPD sweats.

"Hi Bridge," Callisto replied. "Didn't realise you were in this class."

"I've... been invisible the whole time?" Bridge suggests innocently.

"Pity that," Callisto said. "Because that would have been really handy this lesson, what with the stripping and all."

"Just take off the clothes Molly, you can distract Cameron from thoughts of revenge against me that way."

Molly blushed and glanced briefly at Cameron. She was flailing a little internally, but then thought about the fact that she swam in a bikini. Same thing, right? Sure, no problem.

"Do you want my hat too?" she asked as she started taking off her clothes.

"You've given me less trouble than some of the others," Callisto shrugged. "Keep it if you want."

Molly thought about keeping it, but then decided she'd feel a little silly wearing it with just her underwear. The hat went into the box with the rest of her clothes.

"Thanks for giving me the option," she said to Callisto.
