Basketball Practice, Friday Afternoon, Camp Gym

The book fair was in the school gym, so Tyler had ~~handwavily~~ sent out an email telling the basketball team to practice in the camp gym instead.

He was attempting to clear the court of tiny frogs through enthusiastic dribbling. Sadly, the frogs seemed to enjoy the vibrations.

He's a little lethargic today, as if it's been a long couple of days, but he's clearly pushing himself.

GOB was listening to an audio book on motivational speaking. He was going to need it for pre-game and halftime speeches.

He was also ready to listen to any whiny brats who had questions for him. Or who wanted actual coaching. Whatever.

I like frogs. That is all.

Zack signed in.

Prejudice against amphibians should be eradicated. *firm nod*

I think they're cute.

Tyler threw for a freethrow and missed. He ran a sprint, tried again, and landed a lucky shot.

Yay.

*starts making signs against amphibian prejudice*

We should have a rally. Because they are cute.

If Angela and Zero were around, they would be all over that.

Woe.

Zack started weaving in and out of chairs, dribbling as he went.

Sawyer signs in.

Sawyer tried his best to do the exercise, "Ack!" And also not trying to squish the tiny froggies that where all over the place, "Jesus!" Dribble, ribbit, dribble.

"Man, I think you just squished a frog but other than that !" He gave Tyler a golf clap, "Good job."

My sis her cat does too. She goes to catch them and the frogs get scared and blow themselves up in defense and then she bites them and the frogs go off like a balloon.

Thank you, that's not at all disturbing.

*amuses self by making toy froggies hop over desk, far from kittydanger*

Tyler grimaced and scuffed the bottom of his shoe on the gym floor to scrape off the frog guts. "Thanks. I've never had to play around frogs before."

He passed the ball to Sawyer. "Your throw."

You're welcome. It's like those jokes about "it's small, green and you can stand on it; a frog!" or "it's small, green and if you push the button it turns red; a frog in the mixer". Alternatively those jokes exist as "it's small and yello" in which case it's a chick. I should shut now, shouldn't I?

People make jokes about PUREED BABY CHICKS?

I'm not sure whether to laugh or be completely grossed out at this point. Think I'll do both.
