Luau, The Main Campfire, Friday evening

The main campfire had been turned into a tropical paradise... without the tropics. There were leis and grass skirts to wear, tropical music playing, a buffet table, and the infamous Limbo Stick of Destiny, an artifact brought back to America from World War II. Noody knows what happens when a person wins a limbo competition involving the Limbo Stick of Destiny, but several experts on the subject suggest that "absolutely nothing happens except maybe you win a little trophy."

It was party time at the Fandom High Summer Camp.

[OOC: OCD is up. Yes, there is pig, poi, and sometimes the band will switch from generic tropical music to 60's beach movie music, or maybe reggae, or Raffi. They're unpredictable like that.

"Jaye said they were BFF," Willow said, and possibly this was bothering her more than the Angel thing.

"Ahhh." Xander nodded, and reached up to skritch Bridge's head absently. "For what it's worth, Jaye's been known to exaggerate for effect. But yeah, Buffy's...not our Buffy." He shook his head. "Not either of ours, I mean. But... maybe that's okay? Because we do have our own, right?"

"I'm not saying we shouldn't be friends with her - she's Buffy. Just if things are different, well..." He shrugged a little helplessly, because he didn't entirely have an answer either. "Some things are different. There wouldn't be a bunch of other realities if everything was meant to always go the same way."

"Well that way is stupid," Willow said. "I mean you and I were BFF even when we didn't have souls! Not that that was actually you and me, but I think that goes a long way to show the rightness of Willow and Xander being WillowandXander even if the evil vampire uses agree with it."

Xander nodded, smiling. "We do stick together, you and me. Though from the way vampire you talked they might've had..." He coughed. "...a slightly different definition of BFF than we usually use."
