Luau, The Main Campfire, Friday evening

The main campfire had been turned into a tropical paradise... without the tropics. There were leis and grass skirts to wear, tropical music playing, a buffet table, and the infamous Limbo Stick of Destiny, an artifact brought back to America from World War II. Noody knows what happens when a person wins a limbo competition involving the Limbo Stick of Destiny, but several experts on the subject suggest that "absolutely nothing happens except maybe you win a little trophy."

It was party time at the Fandom High Summer Camp.

[OOC: OCD is up. Yes, there is pig, poi, and sometimes the band will switch from generic tropical music to 60's beach movie music, or maybe reggae, or Raffi. They're unpredictable like that.

The luau takes place during a long break in the rain that

"Alec," Dean said shortly. "But it wasn't like it was my choice."

"I should think not," Peter replied. "That must have been...odd."

"Odd would be one word for it," Dean said, still not wanting to look too closely at the memory.

"I'd just call you mad, but that doesn't seem too kind," Peter said. "Still...Rory and Jaye, hmm? Men have been bewitched by worse."

"Dude, you would've been pucking up too, I swear."

"I'll take your word for it," Peter said, disbelievingly.

"I'll make sure you get invited to the next one," Dean said, nodding decisively. "And maybe Willow as well...?"

No, NOW Peter's brain broke. And flailing occurred.

Dean chuckled evilly. "Is that a yes?"

"It's a..." Peter searched for words, blushing rather fiercely. "Shall I give you my answer at the time?"

Dean clapped him on the shoulder. "You do that."

"Will there be a next time?" Peter asked, regaining power of speech.

He shrugged. "Dunno. But knowing my cabinmates, I wouldn't rule it out."

"Rather like a continuing prank war ought not be ruled out with mine," Peter said with a grin.

"'Fraid I have to remain neutral with a leaning towards the cabin my girlfriend is in," Dean said apologetically. "Sorry, but I'd rather kiss her than you."

"I wouldn't expect anything else." Peter replied. Then he added because it seemed necessary, "on both counts, that is."

"Though if you ever had any ideas, I'm sure we could turn them against a cabin not containing Dawn."

"Remaining neutral," Dean repeated. "And also saving my ideas in case Seahorse needs to take revenge somewhere."

"You all keep kissing each other, the only people you'll need to take revenge against is each other," Peter said with a grin.

"Been there, done that, Alec got glued to his pants."

Peter laughed. "What'd he do to you? Or was it Sam?"

"Well he made fun of Sammy, but his real crime was having loud middle of the night sex in his alcove with Jaye." He glanced at Peter. "There's nothing quite like being woken up listening to someone who sounds just like you having sex. I don't reccomend the experience."

"I shall try my hardest to avoid it," Peter said, fairly shocked. "Seriously? That's...I don't even have a word for how rude that is."

"Alec comes from a... weird background," Dean explained vaguely. "It might not be rude for where he's from." He grinned. "But I trust he does now."

"After being glued to his pants? I should think so," Peter said with a laugh. "That's cruel. I'm glad you're staying neutral in this."
