Luau, The Main Campfire, Friday evening

The main campfire had been turned into a tropical paradise... without the tropics. There were leis and grass skirts to wear, tropical music playing, a buffet table, and the infamous Limbo Stick of Destiny, an artifact brought back to America from World War II. Noody knows what happens when a person wins a limbo competition involving the Limbo Stick of Destiny, but several experts on the subject suggest that "absolutely nothing happens except maybe you win a little trophy."

It was party time at the Fandom High Summer Camp.

[OOC: OCD is up. Yes, there is pig, poi, and sometimes the band will switch from generic tropical music to 60's beach movie music, or maybe reggae, or Raffi. They're unpredictable like that.

The luau takes place during a long break in the rain that fh_weather is reporting. Yes, I'm modding the weather. Admin privilege.]

Tim's squirt gun was tucked into the waistband of his shorts. "Aw you're no fun." he teased.

"If you hadn't ambushed me when I couldn't go anywhere and couldn't retaliate, I wouldn't have been as annoyed," Molly said.

"Oh c'mon there were plenty of places to retreat to." Tim said. "And allow me to set myself up for us being even, or continuing the summer tradition of soaking each other, by pointing out that Pippi retaliated just fine without doing so right away. but thank you for refraining from hitting me with a stick and calling me a dryad."

"By the way in the interest of fairness i got this," he pulled out the water gun but kept his finger off the trigger. "From All and Sundries. They had a really nice selection. But I figured it'd be hard to be clandestine with a big tank strapped to my back."

Molly reached out to accept the gun, but paused. "You're not going to squirt me now if I take this because I'll be armed are you?"

"Well if you take that, I'll be unarmed." tim said. "I just meant that that's where I got it, and is where others may be procured. I also chose that one cause it's green."
