Luau, The Main Campfire, Friday evening

The main campfire had been turned into a tropical paradise... without the tropics. There were leis and grass skirts to wear, tropical music playing, a buffet table, and the infamous Limbo Stick of Destiny, an artifact brought back to America from World War II. Noody knows what happens when a person wins a limbo competition involving the Limbo Stick of Destiny, but several experts on the subject suggest that "absolutely nothing happens except maybe you win a little trophy."

It was party time at the Fandom High Summer Camp.

[OOC: OCD is up. Yes, there is pig, poi, and sometimes the band will switch from generic tropical music to 60's beach movie music, or maybe reggae, or Raffi. They're unpredictable like that.

The luau takes place during a long break in the rain that fh_weather is reporting. Yes, I'm modding the weather. Admin privilege.]

"I'd 'preciate it. Even with lots of alcohol, watching my brother kiss Saber-boy isn't exactly incentive to want to repeat the experience," Dean said wryly.

"Sam kissed Anakin?" Jack took a moment to try and process that. "That boggles the mind. Exactly how much had he had to drink?"

Jack smirked back at him. "Go Sam. How much had Anakin had to drink? Granted I only met him once, but it's hard to picture him doing anything but glowering."

"I'm not sure. A lot, I think. I mean, I wasn't feeling any pain by then either, but he was telling me about how he had two sabers and one was blue."

"Two sabers, huh? Maybe there's hope for him yet." Jack's eyebrows shot up and he snickered. "He must have been hammered. Oh, how I wish I'd seen that."

Dean smiled wryly. "Someone probably could've got drunk just off the fumes in that room by evening's end."

"That settles it," Jack said firmly. "There must be another one. And hey, you did your part last time, right? So you'll be in the clear."

"We cannnot fail, then." Jack rubbed his hands gleefully. "And if worse comes to worse, I can just kiss everybody. It would be a terrible sacrifice, but it's one I'm prepared to make."

"Yes, I can see how disturbed you are by the idea," Dean deadpanned, then broke up chuckling.

Jack tried to keep a straight face and failed miserably. "Hey, far be it from me not to take advantage of such an opportunity," he laughed. "Can you blame me?"

"You do seem to be a guy who doesn't waste his opportunities," Dean observed. "So what you're really looking for isn't another girl kissy or boy kissy night, but a Jack kissy night."

Jack looked innocent. "Maybe. You think I could get anyone to come and play?"

"We'll turn the Seahorse common room into Jack-kissy central." Giving Dean a disappointed look that was only mostly feigned, he added, "Shame you're off the list, though."

"I might be able to be convinced," Dean admitted grudgingly. "Hell, if I can kiss Alec..."

"I can supply large quantities of alcohol, if that's any help," he offered gleefully. "And I'm a very good kisser. Ummm, you're not actually related to Alec, are you?"

"That's sorta up in the air still. But if I am it's really really really distant. With cats involved." He shook his head. "Never mind. Long story."

"Cats. I'm not sure I want to hear that one." He studied Dean's face. "But it really is incredible how much you two look alike. More like clones than siblings."

"There might be something like cloning involved," Dean said vaguely. "We're not sure though."

"It would explain it," Jack said. "You never met him before you came here? And don't think I didn't notice that you never gave me a definite answer on the Jack-kissy participation."

"I like to keep my options open," Dean said with a grin. "And, nope -- first time I saw Alec was at the meet and greet when we arrived here. Probably a good thing that was after we'd had to give up our weapons. Otherwise I might've shot him as a skinwalker before we got it straightened out."

"Options are good," Jack said absently, attention completely taken by mention of shootings and skinwalkers. "Skinwalker?"
